This policy explains how SORLITH handles information when you play our iOS puzzle game or visit this website. SORLITH is published by Caglar Ergul (“we”, “us”).

Information stored on your device

SORLITH does not require an account. Your level progress, stars, best times, hint balance, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a SORLITH account service or cloud save server. Removing the app may remove this locally stored game data.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show ads, including optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and SDK configuration, Google’s SDK may process information such as your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic or performance data to provide, measure, and improve advertising services. Google may receive this information directly from the app.

UMP is used to request and manage consent where applicable. You can review available privacy choices in the app’s Settings when the Privacy Options control is shown. You can also manage advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings. Your choices may affect which ads are available.

Website and support

This website is a static information site. When you load it, the hosting provider may process standard connection data such as your IP address, request time, and browser information to deliver and secure the site. Some pages may request font files from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to retrieve those fonts. If you contact support, we will use the information you send to respond to your request.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Information processed by Google’s advertising services is subject to Google’s own privacy terms and retention practices. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and maintain service records.

Children’s privacy

SORLITH is a general audience puzzle game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Your choices and contact

You can delete locally stored game progress by removing the app from your device. For privacy questions, contact support.
